敷地は緩い南斜面で、北側に4～6層の中層棟を、南から西にかけて2～4層の低層棟を配し、中庭をアクセス空間として取り込むコ字型の構成。
低層棟は45°軸をずらした雁行型プランでヴォリュームを抑え、中層棟と対比させている。
　

The site is a gentle southern slope. Mid-rise buildings of 4 to 6 stories are distributed on the north side, and low-rise buildings of 2 to 4 stories are distributed from the south toward the west, in a U-shaped configuration with the central court as the access space.
The low-rise buildings are arranged in an echelon configuration with plan axes shifted by 45° and restrained volumes to provide a contract with the mid-rise buildings.
