円形の堀で囲んだ中に、中庭を中心として厚生棟、管理棟、図書情報センター棟、共通講義棟を配し、全体が一つの環濠都市を連想させるデザインとしている。

The zone is surrounded by a moat and has a courtyard at its center, with buildings that include a student support center, administration, a library and information center, and common lecture buildings.
The whole is reminiscent of a moated city.
